Contract Administrator - Corporate Partnerships

Essential Functions:
This position is to support the Corporate Partnership team in areas of Government pricing and product modifications, GPO tier and standardization compliance tracking, admin fee reporting,  Departmental coordination, and other support duties.
  • New Product - alignment across the channels. Ensure new products are identified and communicated at 120 days out. Load goal is 60 days prior to launch
    • Complete all Government add/change requests with bi-weekly follow up and status logs to all Directors & VP’s
    • Once above is executed complete Distribution notification with bi-weekly follow up and status log to all Directors & VP.
  • GPO Standardization compliance and validation tracking – Processing weekly validations and monitor quarterly compliance for GPO members.
  • Admin Fee reporting – Compile and report sales on a monthly basis/quarterly basis per our contract terms. Ensure all payment are made on time. Work with pricing and rebate teams to ensure all sales are captured correctly.
  • Creates presentations for internal and external customers with contact directive.
  • Manages cross reference requests and pricing population
  • Manages the contract overview
  • Assists in rebate discrepancies
  • Understands pricing hierarchy and maintains the master pricing file.
  • Understands pricing practices of BSN medical & customers
  • Ensures Channel overviews are kept up to date and posted for sales
  • Administrative Support – as needed
  • Tradeshow Support – Working with the marketing team on pre-show mailers, managing additional collateral, reporting on success rates.
  • Planning:  Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and coordination. Ability to multitask in a high energy environment.
  • Analytical:  Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Execution:  Must complete tasks well before the deadline
  • Follow-up:  Must follow up with multiple business units and multiple tasks. Must have a team attitude and be willing to work together for an end result.
  • Communication:  Must be able to communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner 
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Associate degree preferred but not required
  • 4-6 years working experience as contract admin or similar position
  • Proficient to Master in MS-Office suite( Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Project Management skills are preferred
  • Ability to communicate to multiple levels of management
  • Team player
  • Creative and out of the box thinker with a can do attitude
  • Experience with SAP or other similar ERP systems
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, organized and logical
